No Bargaining, no freebies!

Avoid asking for discounts, deals, offers - there're none here.
Freebies are 'bargains' spelled backwards. Avoid asking for free urgent /rush /priority delivery, free additional photos, free photo dumps /raw images, waiver of commute charges, print ready TIFF /PSD files, free portfolio opt-outs. However any or all of these can be paid for and obtained subject to conditions documented in the price list.

Full Payment Before Delivery

Full payment is necessary before delivery - I take pride in delivering on time, every time!
I do not provide proofs or drafts or prototypes before full payment. If you don't trust me enough to pay me in full before I deliver, find another service.
Editing will start only after full payment is realized. In case of any delays in full payment, delivery date is calculated as:
- 'date of full payment' + 7 days.
  - E.g. If full payment is realized on the 5th day after the shoot, delivery will be on 12th day from the date of the shoot not earlier.
This is my process - I prefer money matters out of the way so that I can focus on my art.
I run a small, lean enterprise - I don't have time or temperament for payment follow-ups.

No Follow-up Necessary!

Absolutely no follow up necessary, guaranteed!
I despise follow-ups whether I need to do or my customer (you) need to.

"I told you so!"

I don't entertain 'I told you so' claims regarding any aspect of the service, no matter what.

Invoices

Prior to the payment: pro-forma invoice / estimate / quotation.
Invoices are always tax invoices - will be issued after full payment is realized.

Bookings, Advances, Payments, Refunds

An inquiry is not a booking - I don't block my calendar based on verbal assurances /guarantees /confirmations
Bookings are done only with an advance payment (either full or partial).
Don't use UPI? Pay with your credit card or with bank transfer (platform charges by third party provider apply) - details shared on request.
Due to the nature of the service, once it is delivered, it is complete and non-refundable.

Creative Direction & Your Inputs

You need to either follow my directions and preparation guidelines or come up with your own clear style preferences and ideas well before the shoot. If neither is done, I will proceed using my professional judgment. In such cases, the images will be considered final, and no claims of refunds or adjustments will be entertained.

Change in Photo Selection

Changes in photo selection is not possible! You may buy additional photos if you change your mind.

Change of Mind

No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued due to a change of mind, partial use, or subsequent lack of need for the photos at any stage of delivery. I do not entertain 'I am not going to use the photos' claims.
Payment is required in full for services rendered well before the delivery, and no partial refunds will be granted for unused or unwanted deliverables.

Rescheduling

Reschedule once for free. Pay ₹ 2,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule (within one month)
Session booking amount can be held for a future booking (once for one month) but cannot be refunded.
All reschedules are subject to my availability.

Fair Usage of the Service

* Shoot Duration & No. of Looks/Attire Changes: The given shoot duration for each package is quite generous. I am flexible and open minded about the number of looks, poses, attires, backgrounds (within reason) however these variables ought to be proportional to the number of photos you are going to buy.

Shoots that get extended beyond the given duration for each package and waiting times beyond 15 mins attract an additional charges over and above the given charges - purely based on my discretion.

Videography - Terms & Conditions

Shoot Duration

The shoot is conducted in one continuous session at a single location.

Shoot time starts once the setup is ready, regardless of whether you are ready to begin or not.

Any delay beyond 15-minute buffer is charged as additional shooting time in blocks of one hour each (check the optional add-ons given with the pricing)

How to avoid paying additional shooting charges? Here's how:

Have everything set and ready a day prior to the shoot
Make sure everyone involved arrives at the shoot location one full hour ahead of the planned start time
Planning for eventualities (have a ‘Plan B’).
Giving me a realistic (not aspirational) start time

E.g. If you plan to start at 10am (Indian Stretched Time) and the actual start time is 11.30am – 10am is aspirational, 11.30 is realistic. To save money, give me the realistic start time not the aspirational.

Finished Video Revisions

After the shoot and an we will have an initial discussion of edits. Based on that, I will edit and give you the first draft of your video. Any changes you request after the first draft count as a revision. One revision is included at no extra charge.

Once I make the changes you specify and deliver the revised version, the delivery is considered finished unless you want to pay for an additional revision.

How to avoid paying extra for revisions:

Inform all stakeholders that any changes must be shared in one go, not piecemeal.
Review the first draft carefully and collect all feedback in writing (tell everyone, “no more changes after this”)
Combine the feedback into a single, clear list of changes. I will give you a change request template.
If necessary, discuss and finalize this list before sending it to me
I will make those changes and we are done.

Finished Video Versions

If you want another video created from the same footage—whether a longer cut, a shorter cut, or an alternate version—this is treated as a new version and is chargeable - it requires partial rework.
