Avoid asking for discounts, free urgent /rush /priority delivery, free additional photos, free photo dumps /raw images, waiver of commute charges, print ready TIFF /PSD files, free exclusive rights.
Payments

Full payment is necessary before delivery - I take pride in delivering on time, every time!

Absolutely no follow up necessary, guaranteed!

I do not provide proofs or drafts or prototypes before full payment. If you don't trust me enough to pay me in full before I deliver, find another service.

Editing will start only after full payment is realized. In case of any delays in full payment, delivery date is calculated as:

'date of full payment' + 7 days.

E.g. If full payment is realized on the 5th day after the shoot, delivery will be on 12th day from the date of the shoot not earlier.

This is my process - I prefer money matters out of the way so that I can focus on my art.

I run a small, lean enterprise - I don't have time or temperament for payment follow-ups. I despise follow-ups whether I need to do or my customer (you) need to.

I reiterate, you will NEVER have to follow-up with me for anything, guaranteed!
Invoice

Prior to the payment: pro-forma invoice / estimate / quotation.

Invoices are always tax invoices - will be issued after full payment is realized.
Shoot Booking

Bookings are done with an advance payment

Don't use UPI? Pay with your credit card or with bank transfer (platform charges by third party provider apply) - details shared on request.

An inquiry is not a booking - I don't block my calendar based on verbal assurances or confirmations or entertain 'I told you so' claims.
Change in Photo Selection

Not possible! You may buy additional photos if you change your mind.
Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, once it is delivered, it is complete and non-refundable.
Rescheduling

Reschedule once for free. Pay ₹ 1,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule.

Fair Usage of the Service
* Shoot Duration: The given shoot duration for each package is quite generous. Shoots that get extended beyond the given duration for each package and waiting times beyond 15 mins attract an additional ₹ 1,000 per 30 mins over and above the given charges.
* I am flexible and open minded about the number of looks, poses, attires, backgrounds however these variables ought to be proportional to the number of photos you are going to buy.

This is a headshot and portrait photography service like no other - you will say this yourself after the fact. My work doesn't start and end with clicking photos. It starts by helping you prepare to groom, select your attire and ends when I retouch and give you the headshots / portraits you are looking for. This is what you can expect:

Guidance in preparing for the shoot: I will to work with you and provide consultation about the type of headshot or portrait you need, what to wear, grooming, makeup, location of the shoot or just about anything to help you prepare for the shoot. If you need a makeup person, I can arrange that for you.

Studio at your doorstep or in my studio or outdoors or anywhere you need:

Studio: I welcome one client at a time — not more than two sessions a day — and always by appointment. This helps me give you, my customer, the attention you deserve. The studio is my private working space — not a shop (dukaan). To make sure that your experience stays quiet, and personal, I share the address once we connect and you want to book your session.

Your home or office: A complete studio setup will be done at your home or office, complete with professional lighting and backdrop (optional). Quality of the images, exactly the same as they are taken in a studio. This option is offered in Elite and Premium packages and for team headshots.

Outdoors: Between October and April, you can have beautiful trees and greenery in the background with outdoor headshots. Refer to ‘Outdoor headshots’ from the portfolio page. I shoot with professional lighting, no shortcuts, no BS! And don’t worry about ‘where?’. I have already done that homework for you. This option is offered in Elite and Premium packages and for team headshots.

Anywhere: I am open to shooting anywhere. Let us talk if your requirements are different.

Posing: I will coach you and get comfortable in front of the camera to get the best of you in your headshot / portrait.

Shoot: I typically take dozens of photos till I get the photos that makes you say 'Yes!'. I don't mind the time and effort I spend in getting you the best possible photo, I am on your side.

Selection: I will help you pick and choose those best shots that truly represent YOU (from dozens).

Editing: I discuss the editing plan with you and tailor it to suit your tastes and preferences so that you get what you are looking for.

Delivery: of photos in any format you want: for your website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp...you name it. I will give you photos that just fit the size, quality, resolution, format requirements of these platforms.
This is as end to end a service as it gets.
Why do I go that extra mile? Photography for me is a labor of love, not a means of earning money or of pleasing people or of becoming famous. All I care for is how good a portrait / headshot I can give you and I believe this is the best possible way to achieve that.
