What is an Exclusive License? How is it different from a Standard License?

Accepted Answer

You retain all rights of use of the photos taken, that's exclusive license. A standard license on the other hand allows the photographer right use the photos for his own portfolio and promotional purposes. You can opt for an exclusive license by paying a small fees as given in the price list.

The headshot charges cover the pre-shoot consultation, guidance with preparation, coaching in posing during the photography session, basic retouching, editing, and delivery of high-resolution digital images.

Do the headshot charges include retouching services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, basic retouching is included. This typically involves adjustments for color, contrast, and minor, temporary blemishes, flyaway hair etc. I will discuss the retouching plan with you after the shoot and am happy to accommodate any requests subject to feasibility. However I don't like to do photo manipulation.  ​
