Fixed Prices, Consistent Quality

• The prices are fixed, there are no discounts, bargains, negotiations, deals, offers or freebies before, during or after the shoot.

• This applies to all optional add-ons as well which are to be paid for as per the price list unless you opt for Elite+

• Quality of the service is consistent for all customers

• You will get all that's included in the service as mentioned in this page, even if you don't ask

Bookings & Payments​​​​

• A time slot for a shoot is blocked after an advance is paid 

• For Elite+ package 50% payment in advance is necessary

• Prices are the same irrespective of your nationality​

  • Residents in India: An advance by UPI / NEFT + balance by UPI / NEFT / cash

  • International clients: PayPal deposit ($25) + balance by cash only in:

    • INR ₹ / USD $ / EUR € / GBP £ / SGD S$ / TBH ฿ (exchange rate as per xe.com)

• ​Delivery of the photos (date of full payment + 5 days) requires full payment - due at the end of the shoot for all packages

• Invoice can be issued after realizing full payment + 18% GST

Pre-Session Briefing, Specifications & Preparation

• A 10–15 minute briefing with the subject (person being photographed) is essential so I know your expectations. It's in your best interest to clarify expectations beforehand, as this directly impacts your results

• Any specifications document you might have needs to be shared at least one day in advance

• Proper preparation and following my directions are essential for the best results

Refunds​

• Once the service is delivered, it is non-refundable and will carry no residual obligation

• Once photos are delivered, they're yours to keep. There are no digital returns

• If you want a re-shoot for any reason, you pay the current price as on that date

Rescheduling​

• Reschedule once for free

• Pay ​₹2,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule + charges as on the date of the shoot (less any advance or depost)

• The session booking amount can be held for a future booking but cannot be refunded

• All reschedules are subject to my availability

Scope of the Service

• Everything included in your service is detailed on this page. If something isn't listed here, it's outside the scope of this package

• This protects both of us, keeps it fair and transparent and also helps avoid misunderstandings

Photo Selection

• You will be shown all images from the session. At that time, you can select images you would like to buy and pay as per the price list.

• Once you've selected your images, your selection is final. Photos you don't select are deleted before editing starts (unless you opt for Signature or Elite+ packages) to manage storage

Data Retention

• Once the finished photos are delivered, the service is considered complete with no residual obligation including retention of the finished photos

• If you want the files to be sent to you again for any reason and if they are available with me, I am happy to re-send them as a courtesy, free of charge

• However, if files are lost after delivery at my end, a new photoshoot (charged at current prices) will be required

• If you opt out of portfolio usage, finished photos will be deleted after delivery to protect your privacy. If you lose them too and need those photos, getting portraits done again, at current prices will be the the only option open.

Photo Editing

• Editing will be kept minimal and professional (check the gallery to check my prior work) includes brightness, color, finishing, and minor retouching

• Expression, pose cannot be altered by editing the photos

• After the first edited version is shared, one round of editing revisions can be requested

• Editing revisions can be done based on specific, actionable feedback, subject to technical feasibility

• ​Once the requested edits are done, the images are considered final without any scope for further changes including undoing edits (back and forth editing)
