Respect, Dignity, Fixed Prices, Consistent Quality

• I will treat you (whether you engage my service or not) with respect and dignity, no exceptions!

• The prices and terms are fixed, not negotiable, they are the same for all customers, there are no discounts, deals, offers or freebies.

• The quality of the service is also consistent for all customers. I WILL NOT dilute the service quality for a reduced price.

• You will get all that's included in the service as mentioned in this page, even if you don't ask. 

• Add-ons (click here to see the details) are to be paid for not offered as freebies.

Bookings & Payments​​​​

• A shoot is confirmed after an advance is paid 

• Prices are same irrespective of your nationality​

  • Residents in India: An advance by UPI / NEFT + balance by UPI / NEFT / cash

  • International clients: PayPal deposit ($25) + balance by cash only in  INR ₹ / USD $ / EUR € / GBP £ / SGD S$ / TBH ฿ (exchange rate as per xe.com)

• ​Delivery of the photos (date of full payment + 5 days) requires full payment - due at the end of the shoot.

• Invoice (only tax invoices) can be issued after realizing full payment + 18% GST. 

 

Pre-Session Briefing & Preparation

• A 10–15 minute briefing with the subject (person being photographed) helps me in making sure you get what you are looking for, it is essential.

• Preparation is an absolute must as well, prep helps you get what you are looking for. If you come partially prepared or unprepared and insist on proceeding, we will, and the onus of the outcome will be on you. Not everything can be fixed in Photoshop. If you are in doubt, please check with me.

• Third-party bookings (one person books the shoot for someone else): A one to one pre-session briefing with the the subject (the person being photographed) is necessary for the quality of the outcome.

Creative Direction & Your Inputs​​​​​

• You need to follow my directions and preparation guidelines or make your expectations, requirements and preferences known to me clearly and in advance using sample photos / mood boards. 

• If neither is done, I will proceed using my professional judgment and the outcome (which will still be good) will be treated as final. If the outcome doesn't match your expectations and you didn't communicate them in advance, there will be no scope for rework or any considerations including (but not limited to) full or partial refunds, discounts, freebies etc.

Refunds​

• I will do all I can within reason and my capacity to make sure your concerns, if any, are addressed.

• However, once the service is delivered, it is considered complete and non-refundable (either full or partial)

• Don't need the photos anymore? Don't have use for them? I get it, you can keep them anyway! 

• Charges are based on the service rendered not on changing needs or usage.

Rescheduling​

• Reschedule once for free.

• Pay ​₹ 2,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule. 

• The session booking amount can be held for a future booking but cannot be refunded.

• If you rescheduled more than once, you pay the current charges as on the date of the shoot.

• All reschedules are subject to my availability.

Pehle bataya tha! ​(I told you!)

• I will honor everything written here, even if you don't ask. However I won't entertain 'pehle bataya tha' ('I told you') style claims regarding any aspect of the service, no matter what.

• Any service or part of the service not explicitly mentioned here in this page are out of scope and offered and charged at my discretion.​​​​​

Photo Selection

• You will be shown all images from the session for selection for you to select number of images included in the package you chose. At that time you are free to buy additional images beyond your package.

• Once selected, your selection is considered final and binding with no scope for changes because photos not selected will be deleted permanently (unless you opt for 'Signature' package).

Data Retention

• After photo selection, all unselected files are deleted permanently (exception: 'Signature' package)

• After delivery, the finished photos may be retained at my discretion.

• If you opt out of portfolio usage, finished photos will be deleted after delivery to protect your privacy.

• Once the finished photos are delivered, the service is considered complete with no residual obligation.

• I do not guarantee long-term storage of finished files.

• If you want the files and if they are available with me, I am happy to re-send them as a courtesy, free of charge.

• If files are lost after delivery at my end, a new photoshoot (charged at current prices) will be required.

Photo Editing

• Editing will be kept minimal and professional (check the gallery to check my prior work) includes brightness, color, finishing, and minor retouching.

• Expression, pose cannot be altered by editing the photos.

• After the first edited version is shared, one round of editing revisions can be requested.

• Editing revisions can be done based on specific, actionable feedback, subject to technical feasibility.

• ​Once the requested edits are done, the images are considered final without any scope for further changes including undoing edits (back and forth editing).
