1. Consultation
Everyone's personal branding needs are different, to know what kind of photos and videos best serve your brand, it is important for me to understand what you want to accomplish with your personal brand. We clarify your aspirations, needs and goals of personal branding. This will be done through phone calls and face to face.

2. Planning, Preparation, Advice
Planning the shot list - which is the outcome of the consultation. Where, when and how to shoot those photos. Plan also includes preparation required of you to be ready for the shoot and any advice you need in attire selection or preparation.
3. Expression Coaching
This is done during the shoot and involves coaching you in getting right expression suitable for the shots planned, getting you comfortable.
4. Personal Branding Advice
This is optional. If you already have a clear idea how to use the photos and video, we can skip this. Or, I can advice you on personal branding - I will review any plans you may have, review the copy, design of the webpage or any other media and share my inputs.

Terms & Conditions In A Nutshell
​​1. Shoot booking can be done with an advance payment – I am unable to book shoots without 50% advance payment. For the same day shoots, please pay 100% package amount in advance.
​
2. Bargaining: Kindly avoid asking for discounts, free express delivery, free photos, dumps/ raw images, TIFF/PSD files etc. The prices are fixed (at a given time) and same for all customers without exceptions.
3. Cash of Delivery: Cash of delivery option is not available – full payment to be made before delivery – delivery date is calculated as 'the date of payment' + 7 days.
4. Rescheduling: One rescheduling can be done free of cost. All reschedules are subject to my availability.

5. Videos are to be finalized in 2 edit iterations (including the first draft) – subsequent iterations are chargeable depending on the complexity of the request. This is in your own interest.
Terms & Conditions
Bargains

10k Portrait Photography processes. pricing, charges and the whole service is designed in such a way that there's no need or scope for any kind of bargaining or negotiations before, during, or after the shoot.

Bargaining includes asking for discounts, free photos, raw images, photo dumps, Photoshop files (TIFF or PSD) with edits, free express delivery etc.

I believe anything given away free is never actually free and the cost of which is already included (without your knowledge) in the pricing structure. If you don't ask for it, you lose - which is the case with most/all photographers who invent pricing as they go. That's not the case with me, with 10K Portraits Photography. This is a honest and transparent Headshot and Portrait Photography service. Pricing is transparent and nothing is hidden so that you don't have to worry about missing out on any freebies, there are none!

Whatever is included (clearly mentioned above ) will be given to you, whether you ask for it or not.

As a principal I don't do airbrushing, photo manipulation (except removing distracting elements), skin color lightening or changing, slimming in Photoshop.

Payments & Delivery Guarantee

Full payment is to be made before delivery. I am unable to offer cash on delivery option.

If the full payment is not realized on the day of the shoot, the standard 7 day delivery guarantee is not applicable. The delivery date will be adjusted as date of full payment + 7 days

Change of Mind
​

Any change in photo selection after 24 hrs. from the date and time of photo selection is considered as additional photos and charged accordingly. You will get the photos you selected in the beginning as well as the new photos you selected - both will be duly edited.

Video
​

Video editing will be done and a draft shared. Any changes need to be finalized in one go and those changes will be done after which the video is considered final. Any additional iterations are chargeable at Rs.2,000 per iteration.​
​
Studio
​

​10k Portrait's on location studio setup is a lot better than the traditional studios in many ways yet there are no additional charges for the same. However if you still want to visit the so called photo studio, please pay the studio rental charges (this is a 3rd party service and they charge us too) - prices vary - let me know beforehand.​
​
Rescheduling
​

Rescheduling shoots causes disruption to other customers' plans hence I discourage it. Once scheduled, a shoot date and time is cast in stone. However I understand that life is not entirely predictable and hence allow one reschedule for free.
​

Repeat rescheduling can cause serious disruption to other customers' plans and to my reputation and hence to encourage you to stick to the original schedule and avoid rescheduling on a whim, I chare an additional ₹ 1,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule onwards. All reschedules are subject to availability of free slots.
​

I would request you to plan better and not to reschedule if that's possible and yes avoid paying anything extra!

Fair Use Policy
* Shoot Duration: The given shoot duration for each package is quite generous and adequate - you'd rarely need more time than that. However for any reason (like extended waiting times or other eventualities) if the shoot gets extended, I charge ₹ 750 per hour as a small reimbursement for my time. I would encourage you to plan better and avoid paying these charges - it is a win, win for both of us.

* The number of looks, poses, attires, backgrounds, and the shoot duration are flexible are to be proportional to the number of portraits you need - this is in the interest of time and effort, both yours and mine.
Fair, judicious use is encouraged. I understand honest mistakes happen and I overlook them. I am also intensely aware of service abuse and misuse which I discourage.
