Videography

​

• Property must be fully prepared before the shoot begins: cleaned, decluttered, and arranged as desired for filming.

​

• People, objects and pets present during the shoot will be visible during the shoot will appear in the footage. If you don’t want them, please make sure they are not present at the location. I will not request or manage people or pets in any manner. Removing people, objects and pets in editing is not possible.

• No staging or rearrangement will be done on-site: filming will be done exactly as the property is.

​​

• Lighting: all lights and fixtures must be functional - additional lighting arrangement is not feasible for property, interior and real estate video shoots.

​​

• I would discourage you strongly about insisting on a specific time of the day for the shoot. However, if you insist, no claims of poor lighting will be entertained later. It is not possible to make lighting corrections in videos.

​​

• Please walkthrough the property a day before the shoot starts and makes sure everything is as you want it to be. Once recording begins, the property is captured as-is.

No Bargaining!

• Avoid asking for discounts, free urgent /rush /priority delivery, free additional photos, free photo dumps /raw images, waiver of commute charges, print ready TIFF /PSD files, free exclusive rights.

Payments

​​​​​​

• Full payment is necessary before delivery - I take pride in delivering on time, every time!

• Absolutely no follow up necessary, guaranteed!

• I do not provide proofs or drafts or prototypes before full payment. If you don't trust me enough to pay me in full before I deliver, find another service.

• Editing will start only after full payment is realized. In case of any delays in full payment, delivery date is calculated as:

  • 'date of full payment' + 7 days.  

    • E.g. If full payment is realized on the 5th day after the shoot, delivery will be on 12th day from the date of the shoot not earlier.

• This is my process - I prefer money matters  out of the way so that I can focus on my art.

• I run a small, lean enterprise - I don't have time or temperament for payment follow-ups. I despise follow-ups whether I need to do or my customer (you) need to. 

• I reiterate, you will NEVER have to follow-up with me for anything, guaranteed!

• Prior to the payment: pro-forma invoice / estimate / quotation.

• Invoices are always tax invoices - will be issued after full payment is realized.

Shoot Booking

​​​​

• Bookings are done with an advance payment

• Don't use UPI? Pay with your credit card or with bank transfer (platform charges by third party provider apply) - details shared on request.

• An inquiry is not a booking - I don't block my calendar based on verbal assurances or confirmations or entertain 'I told you so' claims.

Change in Photo Selection

• Not possible! You may buy additional photos if you change your mind. ​​​​​

​​​Refunds

​​

• Due to the nature of the service, once it is delivered, it is complete and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

​

• Reschedule once for free. Pay ​₹ 1,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule.
